Victoria’s dairy industry is regulated by Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV) under the Dairy Act 2000.
Any person operating a dairy business in Victoria must hold a current and valid dairy industry licence with DFSV. As a licence holder you will need to ensure your business complies with regulatory and food safety requirements.
